Inglewood Christmas Fayre: Friday 7th December 2018 5:00pm to 7:00pm

Hello everyone,

We are writing to tell you about our AMAZING Christmas Fayre the children of Inglewood school council are organising, along with the help of our teachers. Firstly the fayre will take place on Friday 7th December between 5:00pm and 7:00pm, put the date in your diaries and ask your family and friends to come along to what we are sure will be a fantastic event.

*Non-Uniform Day – Children will be asked to come to school in non-uniform on Friday 7th December in exchange for a chocolate donation/prize (no nuts please) for our chocolate tombola.

*Craft stalls – This year we will be inviting local businesses into our school to sell a range of ‘Festive goodies’. We would like to offer parents and friends of Inglewood first opportunity to purchase a table: tables will cost £10 each and a donation of a prize for our Christmas raffle (which will take place on the evening). We only have a limited amount of tables available so if you would like to reserve a space please email Mrs Irwin @ .

*Santa’s Grotto– This year tickets for Santa’s grotto will cost £2.00. Tickets can be purchased from the school office from Monday 26th November (during break time only). When children buy tickets they must ask for an allocated time slot:

1.5:00pm to 5:30pm

2.5:30pm to 6:00pm

3.6:00pm to 6:30pm

4.6:30pm to 7:00pm.

Children must purchase tickets before the event as they will not be available on the evening of the Fayre. TICKETS ARE LIMITED.

Fun and festivities- At the Fayre we will also have a range of games and activities for the children to take part in. Alongside these traditional games we will even have a ‘Christmas Beauty Salon’- Where we will cater for all of your beauty requirements from nails to hair to glitter tattoos! A ‘Christmas Craft Corner’- Where children can come along and decorate biscuits, baubles or even make edible snowmen! There will also be some lovely refreshments and top class entertainment from Inglewood’s finest choir for you to enjoy!

Please, please come along to our exciting event, we promise to bring you lots of Christmas Cheer!

Yours sincerely,

Molly and Joey  (Inglewood School Council)
